EDM started as a small company in the year 2004. We grew from humble beginnings by sharing our passion of constructing interiors that made people feel more at home. This passion started with the company's founder, Dawie Maree, who exercised his love for the industry by delivering great service to EDM's customers.  Sadly, he past away in the year 2008, leaving the company with a great loss, but equally big legacy.

This legacy continued to live on as his father, Frikkie Maree, took over the company in building the passion where it was left off.  This passion evolved to the extent that EDM started delivering on the visions our customers had- whether it was homes being refurbished, or commercial customers in need for a new look. 

In 2014, EDM suffered a second shock, as Frikkie Maree lost his long battle to cancer.  Despite this unfortunate tradegy, his family is still willing to continue in the his footsteps as Braam Maree, his son, is headstrong to continue delivering in our customers' needs.

At EDM, we love what we do, and we enjoy the satisfaction our customers have in the end result.  We will continue to create and deliver the visions our customers have with the look and feel of their homes and businesses, and we promise to do this with great passion.
